Stellar family-owned business! Matt and Courtland (so sorry if I misspelled your name lol) were extremely friendly, professional, and accommodating. I traded in my car and got a truck from them. They gave me a fair trade-in deal on my previous vehicle and got me dialed in with the Dodge Ram. Was essentially there majority of the day but that was mostly because I had Courtland call every lender under the sun on the East Coast for a better monthly payment. Unfortunately we couldn’t get one, but she was on the ball and super helpful. Matt let me know there was an issue with one of the tires and ordered me a new one to make it right. Stoked on my visit with the SW folks, appreciate yall!

I have major trust issues with repair shops, but they’ve really gained my trust here. They had excellent communication; they responded quickly with a positive attitude. We asked them to send pictures of test results and an itemized quote list and they did all of that without giving us any trouble. The car runs beautifully now and I look forward to going back for any future car problems.

If I could give 10 stars I would. I was at the big car dealer last week and told my vehicle needed a lot of things done. I passed in that moment due to the sticker shock. I found GB Automotive online and had a perfect 5 star rating. So I decided to give them a try. Brian got me in the next day. All the work completed by the end of the day as stated. Even better. I was able to have all the maintenance performed for less than one line item at the big dealer. Do not hesitate to take your vehicle to this family owned business where you will be treated like family. Thanks Brian. See you at my next oil change!

We had our 2017 Ford F150 serviced at the dealership and we actually saved money and time. Our service advisor Brian was very helpful and we even got to meet one of the technicians which by the way his name was also Julio very knowledgeable person and great to deal with. We will recommended this place to all our friends and family. Thank you guys for everything
